The Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a New Year’s Eve house fire that left two people dead in Medicine Lodge.
Firefighters and Barber County deputies were called to the fire Sunday at 401 West Stolyp. The fire broke out in the garage of the home, and crews found the bodies of a man and woman inside. They were identified as Charles and Noel Anderson.
There’s no word on the cause of the fire.
