The Kansas Turnpike Authority is asking for feedback from the public on the Turnpike travel experience.
The annual Customer Satisfaction Survey will be used to make improvements in the system and help set priorities for future projects. People who complete the survey will be entered to win one of six $50 Amazon gift cards that will be given away.
The past improvements that resulted from the feedback survey include electric vehicle charging stations, increased vertical bridge clearance and the transition to cashless tolling for next year.
